Hit 1,000 pounds of trim on Friday and it made me think about waste

I weighed our trim bin on a whim before the Friday rush at the shop and it came to right around 1,000 pounds for the month, which got me wondering how much of that other guys are grinding into sausage versus just writing off, so what's your ratio look like?
