Blew out the bottom of a dovetail drawer last Tuesday and had to own it
Was running a half blind dovetail on a maple drawer side and my router bit grabbed right at the baseline, tore out a chunk about the size of a quarter, whole side was firewood. I glued the chunk back in with some scrap shims and hid it with a bevel on the bottom edge, client never noticed but I still felt greasy about it. How do you all keep the bit from grabbing on that last pass, climb cut or just sneak up on the depth?
