PSA: heard a guy at a Milwaukee hardware store say zip ties make cable mess worse, and I am not sure
I was standing in aisle 12 at a Milwaukee hardware store last week and overheard an older guy tell his son that zip ties just hide the mess and make it harder to swap cables later. His kid wanted the velcro roll. I have used zip ties on my TV setup since 2019 and always thought they were fine, but now I am second guessing it. Does the velcro crowd actually have a point or is that just old guy talk?
