I finally noticed the big shift in how builders run low voltage since 2015
Went back to a neighborhood I worked in back in 2015, doing new build retrofits now. Back then every house had a structured media panel and we ran everything home. Now the builders just want a few drops off the router in the living room, no panel at all. I think it's because wifi mesh got good enough and nobody wants to pay for the extra labor. Anyone else seeing builders skip the central hub on new builds these days?
