Appreciation post: the velcro straps they use on hospital beds

Was visiting my mom at Mercy General last week and noticed the nurses keep every monitor wire bundled with these wide reusable velcro straps that don't pinch or slip, and I grabbed a $9 roll of the same stuff at the hardware store that fixed the rat's nest behind my TV in about 10 minutes, so has anyone found a cheaper source for the wide ones?
