Hot take: my $15 foam pad beat my $120 inflatable on 3 straight nights near Leadville
The inflatable kept sliding off my cot while the cheap foam just sat there and did its job. Anyone else find the budget stuff holds up better than the pricey gear?

Did you actually test them side by side or did the inflatable just suck because of the cot? Sliding off a cot sounds like a setup problem more than a pad problem, since most inflatables are meant for flat ground. What pad was it, because some cheap inflatables are just bad no matter what you put them on.
