My cardboard castle sagged in 3 days flat
I built this huge 4-story castle for my nephew's birthday using like 15 moving boxes from Home Depot, and within 3 days the top tower was leaning sideways like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The corrugation was all going the same direction on the walls, so the weight just crushed the vertical panels. Any tips on how to stagger the flutes or reinforce the structure so it doesn't collapse again?

Wait, are the flutes running vertical on all four walls...? That's basically putting all the weight on paper straws standing on end. Did you try flipping any of the panels so the flutes run horizontal to brace the walls, or did you just reinforce the corners with extra cardboard?

Wait, now you're just asking for a structural engineering degree on a Saturday morning.
