Spent $35 on a 'premium' box cutter and my hands still hate me
I thought upgrading from the free harbor freight ones would make cutting out castle windows for my kid's fort super smooth. It's got the snap-off blades and the cushioned grip and everything. But after 3 straight hours of cutting corrugated for a play kitchen I'm building, my palm is killing me (maybe it's how I'm holding it?). Has anyone found a handle shape that doesn't wreck your hand after a big project?

Returned after an hour" probably means they didn't even try to set it up properly. Most people who bail that fast haven't read the manual or watched a single YouTube setup video. I've had mine for six months and the first 30 minutes were a hassle, but once I calibrated the sensors and downloaded the right app, it's been rock solid. The return rate on these things is actually pretty low according to most retailers, like under 5 percent. Your buddy might have just gotten a defective unit or expected it to work perfectly out of the box with no effort.
