Debated between a new table saw or a good router setup, went with the saw and it paid off at a job site in Phoenix last month
I was stuck picking between a $600 table saw upgrade or a nice router kit for cabinet work. Went with the saw because I had a kitchen job lined up in Phoenix that needed a bunch of repeat cuts. That job went smooth and I made the money back in three days. Has anyone else had a tool choice pay off real quick like that?

Yeah the Phoenix heat is no joke, I had to stop mid-day a couple times just to let the saw cool down. But that fence made repeat cuts a breeze, I was knocking out drawer boxes and cabinet panels without even measuring twice. My old saw's fence would flex in that heat and cost me scrap. You definitely made the right call going with the saw, a good fence setup in that climate is worth its weight in gold for production work.
