Straight blades are just better for control, lol.

My old oven took like 45 minutes for decent wedges. The air fryer does them in 20, and they come out way crispier on the outside. The real test is frozen fries, the air fryer makes them taste fresh. I wouldn't go back to just using the oven for that stuff now.

Oh man, that hits home lol. I had a whole shelf of those tapes, mostly cartoons and weird late night stuff I'd catch. The fuzzy quality and those little tracking lines were part of the charm, you know? It felt like you really owned that episode because you put in the work. Now it's all just there instantly, which is cool, but it doesn't feel the same at all. I finally recycled mine a few years back during a big clean out, but part of me wishes I'd kept just one as a relic.
