Got schooled by an old timer on a job in Tampa last month about seam placement.
I was laying a big roll in a living room and planned to put the seam right down the middle, like I always do. He stopped me, pointed at the window light, and said 'That sun will make that seam look like a canyon by next year, put it on the shadow line.' Now I'm rethinking my whole approach. Where do you guys usually plan your seams in a sunlit room?
