The $60 seam roller that paid for itself in one job
Picked up a proper seam roller after years of using the butt end of my knife. Cost me 60 bucks at a supply house in Akron, and it saved a 40 foot hallway job where my old method left a ripple the homeowner spotted. Anyone else hold out on a basic tool way longer than they should?

Once I got the pressure right on that roller, the ripples stopped showing up for me.
