Vent: my sister told me to stop adding text to my cat memes, and she was right after 2 failed posts
Last month I posted a grumpy tabby with "monday mood" slapped on top in Impact font and it got 3 upvotes. My sister in Dayton told me to cut the words and just let the cat's face do the work. I ignored her and tried a second one with a whole caption about tuna, and it flopped even harder. So last week I posted just a close up of my cat mid yawn with zero text and it hit 40+ upvotes, which honestly stung a little. How do you all decide when a cat pic needs words and when it works on its own?
