TIL the free chargers at the Riverside library lot are Level 1 only, so who are they really for?
Stopped by the Riverside public library on 3rd last week and saw 4 charging spots marked with signs, but when I plugged in I got about 3 miles of range per hour. Half of me says a slow free charger beats no charger, since you can park there 2 hours and grab lunch while it trickles. The other half says those spots just sit full of cars that don't even need a charge, and a paid Level 2 setup would serve way more people. Where do you all land on free slow chargers at public spots like this?
