Did the place have different chefs for each day or something? That's the only way I can figure how it gets that bad that fast. @the_julia nailed it with the hero to zero line, but that swing is rough unless they swapped out the whole kitchen crew. I've had a couple spots where the daily special was amazing one day and then the next time it tasted like they used old oil or burnt the batch. Still, going from the best meal to the worst in 24 hours takes real effort on their part. Hard to believe it's just bad luck.
