Rant: took me 3 trips to the DMV on Elston to get my parking sticker sorted
I moved to Logan Square last month and figured getting a residential parking permit would be a quick errand, but the first two visits got me turned away, once because my lease printout was missing a signature and once because the site wouldn't take my older utility bill as proof. Turns out you need two separate documents showing the same address, and nothing on the website says that clearly, so I burned about 5 hours total over a week just standing in line. Has anyone figured out a way to check what papers they actually accept before driving over there?
