Took the Blue Line over driving downtown for a concert. Never again.
Decided to try the L for a show at the Aragon last Friday. Thought I'd save myself the parking headache and the $40 lot fee. Train took over an hour from Jefferson Park with all the delays and the car was packed so tight I could smell everyone's dinner. Has anyone else just decided it's worth the cash to drive instead?

My buddy took the Blue Line to Wrigley once and swore it off for good.

Honestly, I started taking the Red Line to the Brown Line and walking the last bit and it worked way better for me. @michael895 is right to swear off the Blue for shows, that stretch is brutal. Ngl, I'd rather pay for parking than deal with that again.
