Blue sky day turned my worst sweep into my best referral

Last Tuesday in Des Moines, I got a chimney that hadn't been swept in 14 years, packed solid with creosote chunks and one dead squirrel. Took me 6 hours and two extra rods to clear it, but the homeowner watched the whole thing and tipped me $80. Have any of you pulled a horror story out of a chimney and ended up with a loyal customer from it?
