Battery tender fried my '67 Mustang's alternator
Left the tender plugged in all winter in my Dayton garage, came back in March and the voltage regulator was toast. Cost me $180 to fix, so now I use a timer to cycle it 3 hours on, 5 off. Anyone else had a tender cook electronics instead of saving them?

Timers dont stop the tender from frying it, just spreads out the burn.
