A 1-star review about my soggy tacos actually made sense

Some dude in Austin left a review saying my tacos arrived looking like wet laundry and I got defensive at first, but then I realized he was right because I was using flour tortillas that steamed themselves in the clamshell. I switched to corn tortillas, double-wrapped them in foil, and added a vent hole to the box, and the next 12 orders came back with zero texture complaints. Has anyone else had to change their whole packaging setup because of one brutal reviewer, or am I the only slow learner here?
