Heard a lead operator say 'tolerance is just a suggestion' and lost it

He said it right in front of the QC guy like it was funny. Do you guys actually let operators get away with that attitude at your place?

I mean, I've definitely said worse in front of QC, just never where they could hear me.

I’ve definitely said worse in front of QC too, but they usually just give me that disappointed sigh and walk away. Honestly, my filter’s gotten so bad that I’m surprised I haven’t accidentally said something out loud during a review. At this rate, I’m pretty sure they know I’m a mess, they just don’t want to deal with it.
