DAE cut a whole sheet of 11 gauge into brackets before realizing the tip was shot?
Ran a full 4x8 sheet of 11 gauge into bed frame brackets on Saturday and every hole came out a good 1/16 oversize. Pulled the consumable and the electrode was cratered way past the point where I should have swapped it. How often do you all check tips, or is it strictly when the cut starts sounding wrong?
