Warning: I spent 9 hours stuck on one missing semicolon in my first JavaScript project
Last Tuesday I sat down at 7pm to add one small button to my to-do list app and didn't get up until almost 4am, all because I forgot a semicolon on line 84. My console kept saying "unexpected token" and I googled the same error message so many times I started recognizing forum posts I'd already read, then my roommate walked by and spotted the problem in about 10 seconds. Do you all keep some kind of checklist before you start swearing at the screen, or do you just suffer through it like I did?
