A $3 squeeze bottle finally fixed my messy counter routine

I kept spilling water everywhere when I poured from my kettle into the filter. Last week I grabbed a cheap squeeze bottle from the grocery store in Austin and started using it for a slow, steady pour instead. My counter has stayed dry for 5 days straight now, which is a personal record. Does anyone else use a bottle for their pour, or am I the only one late to this?

Squeeze bottles are the move for slow pours, way better than a kettle for this. Just keep the tip clean so it doesn't clog up on you. Been doing it for months and my counter stays dry too.
