Cold brew finally clicked for me after a hot mess at a Portland market
I used to think cold brew was just lazy iced coffee, but I watched a vendor at the Saturday market in Portland pull a 12 hour steep that tasted like chocolate syrup. She let me taste it side by side with a quick steep and my mind switched instantly. Anyone else have a cold brew moment that made you ditch the heat?
