My pour over was channeling like crazy until I switched from a gooseneck to a cheap kettle
I never believed gear mattered until my $70 gooseneck made my V60 draw down in 2:30 while the $12 kettle from Target hit 3:15 with the same grind and beans. Has anyone else noticed a slow steady pour beats fancy spouts, or is my gooseneck just bent?
