Saga trades beat single issues for me after 12 years of collecting
I used to only buy floppies since issue #1 of Saga came out in 2012. The waiting month to month was driving me crazy, especially during those long breaks between arcs. Last summer I picked up the first three trades at a used shop in Portland for like $35 total. Reading 18 issues in one sitting completely changed how I follow the story. The pacing hits harder when you don't forget side plots between releases. Now I double dip on key issues for the shelf but read everything in trade form. Anyone else made the switch and feel like they notice more details? How do you handle the urge to peek at spoilers when you're behind?
