Check your finisher density next time, I found a huge difference on a big pour
I was reading through the ACI guidelines last week before a 40-yard slab and it said they recommend one finisher per 200 square feet for machine-troweled work. We had two guys for 3,000 square feet and the surface never set up evenly, ended up with low spots we had to patch. Has anyone else hit this when the crew size looks fine on paper?
