My buddy swore by a garden hose for a big pour, I brought a real sprayer

We had this 40 yard slab for a garage in Marietta last summer, and my friend insisted his old hose with the shower setting was fine for curing. I brought my Marshalltown sprayer just in case. The hose pressure was so weak it barely got the edges wet, and he spent half the day moving it around. My sprayer covered the whole thing in like 20 minutes with a fine mist. Who else has a go-to tool that seems obvious but some folks still try to cheap out on?

Saw a video where a guy tried curing his driveway with a watering can. Looked like a full time job. A good sprayer is just basic gear for any concrete work. The right tool saves hours.

Ever notice how this happens with so many simple things? Like @grantl94 said, the right basic tool just saves so much time and hassle. It's wild how much effort people will put into not using the proper thing.
