My buddy swore split screen was dead, then we spent 4 hours on his couch in Denver proving him wrong
So my friend Kyle keeps saying couch co-op is dead and everyone just plays online now. Last month I crashed at his place in Denver for a weekend and brought my old controllers just in case. We fired up a racing game that still has split screen and within 20 minutes we were yelling at each other like we were 14 again. The frame rate dipped a bit on his big TV, sure, but we didn't care at all. His girlfriend walked in around hour 3 and said it was the most fun she had seen him have with a game in years. We ended up playing until 2am and my thumbs were actually sore the next day. So now I am curious, what couch co-op games are people still keeping around for nights like that? I want a list that works across all three systems so nobody has to buy anything new.
