That conversation with my drywall guy about flat rates hit me different
I was at lunch with my drywall sub Mike last Tuesday and he said something about how he charges by the board, not the hour. He told me, 'Mila, if I'm fast I shouldn't be punished for it.' It got me thinking about how I price my pest control jobs... I always do hourly plus materials. Mike said he nets 30% more since switching to flat rates 2 years ago in Austin. Has anyone else here made the switch from hourly to flat rate pricing and seen the same kind of bump?
