A box of 12 perm rods sat in my kit for 8 months because I ignored the box directions
Kept getting uneven waves on the right side of the head and blamed the client's hair, turns out I was winding clockwise on one side and counterclockwise on the other. Took a 20 minute video call with a rep from Sally Beauty in Columbus to figure out the pattern, and now my sets come out even every time. Anybody else have a basic mistake that took way too long to catch?
