Update: My little chair rental booth hit 50 regulars and I almost cried into a perm solution
When I started renting a single chair at Sola in Tucson 14 months ago, I told myself 15 steady clients would be enough to keep the lights on. I counted my booking app on Sunday and 50 people now come to me on a repeat schedule, which means I finally told the salon owner I am giving up my second job at the front desk. For those of you who went booth rent, how long did it take before you felt safe dropping your side gig?
