Saw my neighbor using a tea towel to dry her herbs and I'm questioning everything
She hung a bundle of mint in a cotton towel by the window after washing it, and the leaves didn't wilt at all. Has anyone else tried this method for preserving fresh garden herbs without a dehydrator?

OH wow YES I do this ALL the time with my rosemary and thyme! It works WAY better than paper towels for keeping herbs fresh and not bruised.

Right? The paper towel method always left mine slimy. Now I just wrap the herbs in a dry cloth, toss em in a bag. Lasts like two weeks easy.
