Last Saturday our co-op session turned into a rage-quit olympics

We tried to play Overcooked with three people who had never touched a controller before, and within 20 minutes someone threw a pillow at the TV and we had to call a 10 minute cool-down. The final score was negative 850 and the kitchen was on fire the entire time, but honestly I laughed harder than I have in months. Has anyone else had a game night go so wrong it became the best part of the week?

Pillow at the TV? Sounds like someone needs a nap more than a game break. Overcooked is chaotic by design, but getting actually angry at it is like getting mad at a toddler for spilling juice. The negative score just means you all gave up on the dishes, which is honestly the most realistic part of the game. I get laughing, that part makes sense, but throwing stuff feels like a lot for something that resets in two minutes. Maybe save the pillow fight for after the controller gets put down.
