My roommate's 'fancy' shampoo vs my cheap 2-in-1, guess which one got us robbed
She spent $38 on some glass bottle stuff that left a soapy film everywhere while my $4 drugstore bottle cleaned fine, but the weird part was her hiding it in the freezer after a guy in Ohio tried to break in last Tuesday, has anyone else had a roommate treat toiletries like gold?

...and honestly, the freezer thing makes more sense than you'd think. My last roommate hid her fancy face cream in the crisper drawer because she read somewhere that heat ruins the active ingredients, but then forgot about it and we found it next to a bag of frozen peas three months later, still half full. Meanwhile my $3 body wash sat right on the shower ledge and nobody ever touched it, probably because they knew better. The real red flag here is not her hiding it, it's that a guy in Ohio knew to try your place, so maybe check if she posted her location on Instagram or something. Also, your cheap shampoo probably has more sulfates which is why it actually cleaned, while hers was just overpriced water with a fancy scent.
