I used to think a password manager was just extra hassle for no real gain.

For years I reused the same three passwords everywhere. Last month my old Yahoo account got popped in a breach and I had to reset 17 different logins. I finally set up Bitwarden and let it generate random 20-character passwords for everything. The difference in how long it takes me to log into things now versus the week after the breach is huge. Has anyone else had a breach finally push them to make a change like this?

Oh, absolutely. My old eBay password got leaked years ago and it was a domino effect. I spent a whole weekend just trying to remember where all I'd used it. Finally caved and got a manager, and now I don't even know my own passwords, which is the best feeling.

Yeah, that's exactly what got me to switch. The initial setup takes an hour, but it saves you so much headache later.
