How my monitor arm changed my neck pain in under two weeks

I switched from the stock stand to a cheap $35 gas spring arm and within 10 days my morning headaches went away, anyone else notice a huge difference just from raising their screen a few inches?

Morning headaches gone in 10 days" is wild, I had the same thing with just a $20 arm and it fixed my random shoulder tension too. It's crazy how much a few inches of height adjustment actually does.

I did the same thing and my neck pain vanished too. Wild what a tiny change does.
