That guy who yelled at me because his dog started a fight with mine
Last Saturday at the Maplewood dog park, my dog was just sniffing around by the bench when this Lab mix came running over and snarled at her. The owner, some guy in a Red Wings hat, walks over slow and goes "She's just excited, she doesn't mean anything by it." Then my dog tried to walk away and his dog nipped her ear, drew a little blood. I said "Hey, can you grab your dog?" and he snapped at me that I was being dramatic and that my dog needs better social skills. Like, really? I just stood there holding my dog's leash while he lectured me for two minutes. Has anyone else had an owner blame you for their own dog acting up?

People act like admitting fault is some kind of personal failure now.

Did you catch that car show where the guy spent twenty minutes arguing his bumper wasn't scratched? I was at a garage sale last weekend, saw a dude lose it because someone told him his table was wobbly. People just can't take the simple stuff anymore without turning it into a big deal.
