Three straight days of rain turned my sketchbook into a soggy mess

I left my backpack on the porch for 5 minutes to grab the mail and everything inside got soaked. My favorite gel pen bled through 12 pages of doodles and now they look like abstract art I didn't ask for. Has anyone else had a good thing turn bad because of weather?

Man that really stinks, gel pens are the worst when they get wet because they just turn everything into a messy smear. I had a half-finished comic book get rained on and now the pages are all wavy and stuck together like some kind of art project gone wrong.

My friend left her sketchbook in the car on a hot day and all the gel pen drawings melted into a rainbow puddle.
