Drinking more water was my game changer for hanging board all day

I always thought feeling drained by 10 AM was just part of being a drywall guy. Then I read something about dehydration and decided to try drinking more. I bought a big water bottle and keep it right by my tools. Now I take a good drink every time I finish measuring or cutting a sheet. My energy levels don't crash anymore, and I can sand without getting so stiff. I even find I make fewer silly mistakes, like miscutting around outlets. It sounds too simple, but it really helped me. Passing this on because we all need to take care of ourselves on the job.

Exactly, @hayden_knight36. People forget the basics.

Moving last summer, chugging water between boxes made all the difference.

Seriously though, can a lack of water really make you that much more tired and clumsy? Always figured that was more about bad sleep or not eating right. Kinda seems like maybe you just started paying more attention to your body in general, and that helped more than the water itself.
