I ship notebooks, small prints, and other flat items, so I am trying to avoid using oversized boxes. I need something light that still feels sturdy and is quick to pack. What has worked for other small shops?

I have used those too, and they are a better fit than regular envelopes for anything that can bend. They add some structure without the weight of a full box.
