A client told me my brow wax was too "aggressive" and now I use a different technique entirely

I switched from hard wax to soft wax and started checking in with them after each strip, has anyone else had to change their whole approach from one comment?

That's just how people work I guess, we latch onto a single piece of feedback and let it rewrite the script for everything we do.
