Wait, are you saying some people actually feel forced to try every single new thing that comes out? That's wild to me because the pressure is so real, especially with all the ads and hype online! I get annoyed feeling like I'm supposed to drop what works just because something else is shiny and new. My old routines are simple but they get the job done without any extra stress. It's crazy we have to remind ourselves that basic doesn't mean broken.
