Update on my stubborn milia client from last month

I started using a 30 gauge needle for extraction instead of my usual 27, and it made a huge difference with less trauma to the skin. Has anyone else found a better tool for those tiny, deep-seated ones?

Actually, a 30 gauge is thicker than a 27 gauge (the higher the number, the thinner the needle). So you switched to a thinner needle, which makes sense for less trauma.

My friend switched to a thinner needle and it helped a lot.

Wonder if the length matters more than the gauge for comfort.
