My airlock bubbler cracked right as my sauerkraut was getting active

It happened last night, just three days into the ferment. I had to MacGyver a new one with a piece of plastic tubing and a jar of water. Anyone have a good source for sturdy glass airlocks that won't fail under pressure?

Honestly my last batch smelled so bad I was almost glad when the lid blew off.

Wait, the lid blew off? What on earth were you fermenting in there? That's not a bad smell, that's a biohazard warning.
