Totally get what you mean. It’s one of those moments where every choice feels wrong, and the pressure makes you second guess everything. You can end up stuck overthinking instead of just picking a direction. The stress of trying not to mess things up further is honestly the worst part. Really makes you wish there was a clear, easy way out.

Used to believe you just had to push through. Then got stuck in a bad job for two years trying to make the "right" call. Learned sometimes any move is better than freezing up. The overthinking trap is real.
