Stale tortilla chips revived with an egg wash and the air fryer at 350 for 4 minutes
Ngl I had a half-open bag of tortilla chips that were basically cardboard from sitting in the pantry for 2 weeks. Tried brushing them with a little beaten egg and hitting them in the air fryer at 350 for exactly 4 minutes. They came out crispy like fresh from the bag, even held up under a pile of leftover chili. Anyone else have a weird trick for reviving stale snacks?
Nobody's talking about how this could flip the whole supply chain dynamic on its head if it scales up right. Makes you wonder what the big players are keeping quiet about.
