Hit 127 half-eaten pickles in my fridge last night

I was digging for something to snack on around 2am and counted 127 jars of pickles in my fridge with just one pickle left in each. My family apparently takes a bite or two and shoves the jar back in the back corner behind the mustard. Has anyone else discovered a weird food hoarding habit in their own fridge?

Mate 127 jars? That's absolutely bonkers lmao. I mean I get it if you have a pickle obsession but half eaten ones just sitting there in the back of the fridge is insane. Your family must have the weirdest snack strategy going on, like they just want the crunch of one bite and then bail on the rest. My fridge has a jar of half eaten olives from two years ago that I'm too scared to open but 127 is a whole different level of chaos. Honestly at this point you should just declare your fridge a pickle graveyard and start fresh.

Agree with you @hugo_cooper, that's a whole museum of unfinished business right there... I'm guilty of something similar with salsa jars though, I'll take one chip dip and then forget about it for six months until it's growing its own ecosystem. At least pickles are pickled so they might still be good, unlike my salsa which turns into science experiments. Probably should just buy smaller jars but where's the fun in that, right?
