Figured my crochet hook was just misplaced. Spotted it in the freezer this morning. Now I'm second-guessing every little thing.

Sleepwalking can make people put random stuff in the fridge. I heard a story where someone woke up with their car keys in the butter dish.

Yeah, the fridge thing is just the start. Last week I found the TV remote in the bathroom cabinet. My toothbrush was in a plant pot. It gets to the point where you check the microwave for your wallet before you leave the house. The real kicker is when you're the only one living there.
